Delivery Update 28th March 2024

Please note the following temporary amendment to our Standard UK Delivery terms below. Orders received after 1pm on Thursday 28th March will not be despatched until Tuesday 9th April. If you have any problems or concerns regarding orders placed between the above dates, please get in touch.

Standard UK Delivery

Our Standard UK delivery charge is £3.50. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays).

Delivery lead time is normally 2 - 3 days via Royal Mail but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, especially during the busiest periods. 

If your product hasn't arrived after 7 working days please get in touch and we will investigate.

Exceptions

Please note there are exceptions to our Standard Delivery terms applying to the farthest reaches of the UK, being the offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.

We currently do not ship to addresses outside the UK.
